1General & Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Any breach of these rules will result in the immediate termination of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings.

5.1 General Bonus Principles

• Each bonus type carries its own rollover requirement — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type and the games played.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes bonus fraud.
• Club33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are available for gameplay on the Platform only — they cannot be transferred or redeemed directly for cash.

5.3 Cashback & Weekly Bonus

Cashback is calculated based on net loss over the specified period. It is automatically credited to the member's account on the designated day and carries a minimum 1x rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be processed.

6General Game Rules

All games available on the Club33 Platform — including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round or game has concluded. No appeals against game results will be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the system.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

• Matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time will result in all related bets being voided, with the full amount returned to the member's account.
• Bets placed on matches that are already in progress (in-play) cannot be cancelled by the member, except in cases clearly involving a verified technical error.
• Club33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical or human error.

8Responsible Gaming
